My Cat Can Drink Upside Down

Phoebe is the cat who pulls her food off her plate to eat it -- one piece at a time. She's also the one who strategically places toys in hard-to-reach places so she's challenged to retrieve them. And just this week she became the one who sits on top of the water dispenser and leans down to have a drink. She's so edgy.
