Cats Make Space Where There is None

Cats really are like liquid. They can somehow squeeze themselves into the most interesting spaces. I've heard cockroaches can do that, too. Cats are way better than cockroaches, though -- I don't think I want to snuggle a cockroach anytime soon. Do you suddenly feel itchy? I do.

Last night I was lying on the sofa, and Cosmo decided he wanted to squeeze himself into the space -- which was really a non-space -- between my leg and the sofa. He could have just climbed in my lap, but he seemed to want the challenge. So there he went, creating room where there was once none. I'm sure he was pleased; however, that position didn't look all that comfortable to me.

Cats!
