Best Catladyland Funnies #5: Cats ARE Cuter Than Justin Timberlake
Today I bring you #5 in the series of Catladyland's funniest posts of the year, as determined by the silly souls who read my blog and my own hopelessly silly self. This one is a tricky one because it never actually appeared on the Catladyland blog (pretty sneaky, sis...), but it was a very happenin' post on Catladyland's Facebook page. And it once made me laugh til I snorted hot tea out my nose (a.k.a. jasmine green nasal cleansing). Do yourself a favor and look back at #1, #2, #3, and #4. It could be the clean nasal passages talking, but I think they are all pretty funny.

Best Catladyland Cat Funnies #4
Welcome to Day #4 of the year's best Catladyland funnies, as determined by reader popularity and moi (#1, #2, and #3 are good too). Today's post is a Phoebe funny from the fall. She is such a busy little cat, constantly exploring and getting into whatever is within her reach. We always joke that she's like a toddler, going from one thing to the next, touching everything in her path. We'd left a tall cabinet open and, when we weren't looking, she jumped into it. I love her super-gripping toes in this photo -- they reminded me of the old G.I. Joe with Kung Fu Grip action figure. Hence, the following comic was created.
The holidays are just around the corner and soon everyone will be scouting the shelves for the newest, hottest product of the season. Look no further! Behold the toy every child will be begging for this season: Wonder Whiskers -- now with Kung-Fu Grip!
She climbs the highest cabinets, uses her super-sensing whiskers to locate danger, and her lifelike fur and body movement will entertain kids and adults alike for hours!
Get your Wonder Whiskers now...before the holiday rush!

Funniest Catladyland Posts #3: Strange Humans Having Perfectly Normal Cat Thoughts
Here we are on day #3 of some of the year's funniest Catladyland posts (#1 and #2 were good too). Regular readers are probably familiar with my penchant toward cats acting/thinking as humans. Day #3's post is the beginning of a short series of just the opposite: humans thinking/acting as cats. Based on reader popularity and my own biased slant, here is one of my favorites from the year (and a peek into my questionable mental stability).
I love imagining my cats doing silly human things and thinking outrageous human thoughts, but what if it were the other way around? What if my cats wrote a blog that featured me thinking cat thoughts? What would that look like? Would you read this blog? Hmmmm...
That's all I have time for right now; I need to hit the litter box.

Year's Best Catladyland Cat Funnies #2
As I mentioned in yesterday's post, each day until until December 31st, I'll be posting one of the year's funniest Catladyland posts. I chose these based on audience popularity and my own preferences. You can take a look at yesterday's here.
Today is a funny from the last April, during the week of the much-anticipated Royal Wedding hoopla. Cosmo was a little overly-enthusiastic about the whole shebang.

Funniest Posts of the Year #1
On each of the last five days of 2011, I thought I'd feature (in no particular order) one of the most popular Catladyland funnies from the year. I define popular by the number of page views, the number of "likes" or "shares," but mostly I chose these because they made me laugh especially hard. And it's my blog so I get to...
Today's retro-post is only from October. I love wordplay and cheesy old public service announcements. Thus, the following was hatched:

A Black Cat and a Calendar (and cat butt cheeks??)
For Christmas, I gave my friend Katy a black cat calendar.
Her ham of a cat, Gorilla, was slightly offended.

Jingle Bells, Cat Poop Smells
It's Christmas Eve. I wrote you a song.
Dashing through the house
With crumpled Christmas wrap
Down the stairs we go
To crash for a long nap!
You buy us pricey toys
For our cute Christmas socks.
Throw away that crap
And just give us the box!
Jingle bells, cat poop smells
Ribbon's fun to fray.
Oh what fun it is to climb
The Christmas tree and play!
Holiday Hoopla to You!
From our cat hair-covered house to yours...
A very Happy, Merry, Blessed Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Festivus!
Love,
Angie, Saffy, Cosmo, and Phoebe
