Phoebe has the softest fur ever. I'm serious -- it's soft-like-a-bunny soft. In fact, one of her nicknames is Bunny. There's this little patch of extra-luxurious orange fur located right above her left haunch and extends slightly onto her belly. I call that her "pumpkin patch" and it's my absolute favorite place to pet her. Coincidentally, it's among her least favorite spots to be petted. I mostly have to visit the pumpkin patch when she's sleeping, entering and leaving on tiptoe. It's worth it, though. Totally.
